Priod annwyl Helen a'r ddiweddar Lyn; tad ecsentrig Sian, Danny a Libby; taid balch Osian, a brawd hoffus Melvyn.

Gwasanaeth yn Amlosgfa Llanelwy, dydd Gwener, 18 Hydref am 11 o'r gloch.

Blodau teulu'n unig, ond derbynnir rhoddion yn ddiolchgar er cof am Adrian tuag at yr Addison's Disease Self-Help Group.

Peacefully at home, at Goleufan, Bylchau, surrounded by his family, aged 79 years.

Beloved husband of Helen and late wife Lyn; eccentric dad to Sian, Danny and Libby; proud taid to Osian, and a dear brother to Melvyn.

Funeral Service at St Asaph Crematorium on Friday, 18 October at 11am.

Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Adrian will be gratefully accepted towards the Addison's Disease Self-Help Group.

Libby, Sian, and Danny. How lucky you were to have such an incredible Father. I remember his humour and quirkiness- so many fond memories. I am so sorry for your loss, but I am forever grateful to have known him.
