Funeral Service to be held on Friday 22nd November at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Halifax Road, HD3 3BS at 11:00am followed by interment at the Rose Hill Burial Ground, Birkby, HD2 2BS.

Donations to Macmillan in lieu of flowers would be gratefully received via macmillan.org.uk
