Matthew WilliamJONESBeloved Husband, Father, Brother and Son who sadly died on Friday 28th July 2023 aged 42 years.

A Service to Celebrate Matt's life will be held at Bramcote Crematorium in the Serenity Chapel on Thursday 17th of August at 4pm.

Afterwards everyone is invited to continue the celebration and share refreshments at Long Eaton Rugby Club (located within West Park - West Park Clubhouse, West Park, Long Eaton, Derbyshire NG10 4AA) from 5pm-8pm.

By kind request there are to be no Flowers however donations in Matt's memory will benefit the continued work at Hayward House, Nottingham City Hospital.
