Jacqueline DianeKEYPassed away peacefully at Lincoln Hospital on 23rd May, aged 68. Much loved Wife of Terry, Mum of Rowena, Jenna, Steven, Mother-in-law to Dave, Grandma to Millie, Alice, Phoebe & Megan. She will be sadly missed by all. Private funeral to be held & donations in Jackie's memory are welcome at Lymphoma Action

Thank you so very much to everyone who paid tribute, left a candle or donated to this page. Mum would be over the moon at the love and support shown. Over £500 has gone to Lymphoma Action from here and another £400+ from those donating at the crematorium or directly to us. THANK YOU.
