Brian was a thoughtful, kind and patient man, and a wonderful Local Preacher when I was a teenager. He was a great support to my mother during her long last illness in St Joseph's, visiting her regularly. I will ever be grateful to him.

As both an architect and town planner for the County and Borough Councils Brian made an outstanding contribution to the quality of life of all local residents.
He will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
