Nigel DavidLEESadly, Nigel age 61 passed away at home
on the 29th May with his family beside him.

Dearly-loved husband of Bev,
wonderful dad of Stacey and Katie, father-in-law to Adam and Sam,
cherished son of Pauline and the late David
and a super special Grandad to George, Nancy and Ralph.
Nigel was a much-loved brother of Rachel, brother-in-law of Scott, Paul, Lisa and Andy,
uncle, cousin, son-in-law and good friend to many.
He will be very sadly missed by all who knew him.

A service to celebrate Nigel's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium
on Monday 22nd June 2026 at 12:00 noon.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will be greatly received by
St Andrews Hospice or RNLI Cleethorpes.

Mourning attire is optional.

Everyone will be made welcome at the wake following the service, details to follow.

Nige, I keep writing and deleting, not really knowing what to say. You did say if I can’t write anything nice then don’t write anything at all 😂🙂🙃 and I can’t really write nice things as I would much rather say them to you face to face. You’ve been very brave this past 3 years, but it has been truly shocking what you and Bev have been through. But I guess your at peace now babe and we should be grateful that you are no longer suffering but it still damned hurts so much. Our pain is nothing like yours but all the same it is real Our hearts are broken but they will slowly mend, we will never ever forget you Cous. Love you, always have and always will.
Now go sod off and do your duties and I don’t mean by bragging at the 19th. I mean watch over Bev, Stacey, Katie, George, Nancy and Ralph. They will continue to make you proud.
We are bursting with pride Nige because we’ve had the pleasure of knowing you for more years than I care to remember.
