It is with broken hearts that Keith and Clare announce that their beloved son Sebastian, passed away at the Royal Derby Hospital on Friday 21st June 2024, aged 34 years. Precious step son to Ian and Julie. Treasured stepbrother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and a friend to many. Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent on Thursday 18th July 2024 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired are invited for Ward 408 at the Royal Derby Hospital, who took such good care of him these past two years, together with the team at Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge. These can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or may be given at the service. May you rest in peace our beloved 'Botsy Boo' we will love you forever.
