Aileen BlakeleyMALLINDERPeacefully at home on the 22nd November 2023 with her devoted husband Roger by her side, Aileen aged 79 years.
Much loved wife of Roger for 46 years, loving sister of Val, sister-in-law to the late Pete, Will and Hermie, Ray and Val, dear Aunt to Lesley, André, Steve, Sarah, Rod, Nick, Neil, Karen and Julie. Great Aunt, Great-Great Aunt and dearest friend to so many. Aileen will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all those who knew her no more than husband, Roger, as she was the centre of his life.
Funeral service to take place at St Michael's Church, Bamford, at 1.00pm on Wednesday 6th December followed by committal at Rochdale Crematorium at 2.00pm.
Refreshments at Fieldhouse Cricket Club in memory of Aileen. The cortege will leave her home at 12.40pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Springhill Hospice.
