Hazel AdellaMARTINDALE(Affectionately known as Nellie) On August 21st 2016 Hazel entered peacefully into rest at her home with her immediate family around her. A Widow, and a precious, most treasured Mother of Heather, Marcia, Tyrone, Sandra and the late Ernester, A proud and loving Grandmother of Julie, Deborah, Ronie, Kevin, Taj, Kirsty, Charis, Shollen, Kerri, Natasha, Shondelle and Rebecca, also a Great-Grandmother. Respected and cared for Mother-in-law of Edmund, Dalton and Richmond, a fond Cousin and a much loved neighbour and a loyal friend. She will be greatly missed, a woman of faith and belief, may she rest in peace. Funeral service will be held at Moldgreen United Reformed Church on Monday September 5th at 11.00am, followed by Interment in Hey Lane Cemetery. Flowers may be delivered to Co-op funeralcare, Mackness funeral home, 318 Wakefield Road, Moldgreen before 9.30am on the day of the funeral.
