Carol AnnMCMULLENWith devastated sadness on June 26th, 2012, Carol aged 67 years, of Milehouse, Newcastle-under-Lyme , devoted wife of Pat, deeply loved mum to Tina, Shaun, Marie and Patrick, a loving mother-in-law, very special nana and great nana, a great friend to many. A special thank you to the staff for the caring and outstanding work at the Critical Care Unit at the UHNS. Carol will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at St. Mary's Church of England, Knutton on Friday, July 6th, 2012 at 11.30am, followed by cremation at Bradwell crematorium. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation, friends kindly meet at the church. Flowers most welcome but if preferred donations to the Critical Care Unit at the UHNS.
