MaureenMILLERIt is with great sadness that the family of Maureen Miller announces her passing on 11th July at the age of 81 years. Maureen passed away peacefully at St Joseph's Hospice accompanied by family after a long battle with illness.

She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her son Robert, his two children Oliver and Charlie, Howard's (late) children Andrew, Sophie and Lucy, great-grandson Harry, and Maureen's siblings Anne, Cathy, Joe and John.

Maureen was a devoted wife to Bob for over three decades, caring for him until his passing in 2002. She spent her entire life looking after others through nursing, midwifery, and finally health visiting. This is in addition to an unfaltering commitment to marriage, motherhood, friendship, and volunteering within both the Church and the wider community. Maureen was simply a good woman and leaves a void in the lives of those fortunate enough to have known her.

Funeral Mass will take place at St Helen's Church, Crosby on Friday August 2nd 2024 at 1:15pm followed by cremation at Thornton Crematorium.

All are welcome to attend. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for St Joseph's Hospice.
