JohnMOFFATT('Jack') Passed away suddenly but peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Sunday 19th November at Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske Cornwall, aged 85.

Beloved husband of Nadine, father of Rosalind and Catherine, Grandad to Sam, George, Luci, and great Grandad to Elijah. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral Service to be held Tuesday 5th December at 11.30am at Penmount Crematorium Truro. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to benefit Cornwall Air Ambulance or the RNLI by retiring collection or via their just giving page.
