I was devastated when I heard of Ian’s passing. We worked side by side at Anfield, growing together from stewards to SIA door supervisors and eventually security supervisors. Having him on the team was truly an honour — but calling him a friend was an even greater privilege. He brought strength, warmth, and integrity to everything he did, and he’ll be profoundly missed. He will be missed by everybody at LFC and FGH Security. YNWA
