Devoted wife of the late Malcolm. Much loved mum of Tanya & Lara. Caring nanny of Nicole, Harrison & Ella.

Memorial service to be held at St Thomas Baptist Church on Tuesday 17th September 2024 at 12:00pm.

Penny was the heart of Kerswill Road she will be missed by so many. Penny and Malcom made us feel so welcome 23 years ago, we miss her greatly 💜
