LewisPALMERPeacefully at rest on Friday 24th November 2023 at the Beeches Care Home (formerly of Penkhull) Lewis aged 97 years.

Much loved husband of the late Dorothy. loving father, father in law, grandad, great grandad, uncle and friend to many. Funeral service to be held at St Thomas C of E Church Penkhull on Thursday 21st December at 12 noon followed by interment at Hartshill Cemetery.

Would relatives please accept this intimation and friends kindly meet at the church. Floral tributes welcome. All enquiries:

Lewis I worked at the beeches and cared for you for 6 years. You were an absolute breath of fresh air and a true gent. You made me laugh,cry and loved it when you told me stories of the war and your life. You were so funny and grateful for life . I hope that you are treated like a king up in in heaven. You are the one I missed the most when I left my job at The Beeches. You deserve highest of the highest seat up there. You used to recite your number that you were given when you were in the army.Rest easy you brave funny smart man. Love Debi x
