Robert William GeorgePARKERAged 72 years, passed away peacefully on 22nd May 2024 at his home in Ticknall. Beloved husband of Rachel, dearly loved dad of Sarah and Michael, grandad of Alfie & Emily and brother to Richard. Funeral Tuesday 18th June. Service at Ticknall Church at 11am, followed by interment in the Churchyard. Family flowers only please, donations may be given to Treetops Hospice, Ward 303 at the Royal Derby Hospital and CTAU at the Royal Derby Hospital (cheques payable to Derby and Burton Hospitals Charity).

Robert is a very dear and loyal friend who has always been there for me, I learned a lot from him and he inspired me by his hard honest work. It’s sad to see him go and his memory is always with us, he’s left his mark with me through his integrity and kind spirit. Rest in peace.
