Jack (John)PARRYMuch loved husband of Shirley, dad to Nick and Madelaine and Gramps of Lindsey, Ben, Alex and Sam. Sadly passed away at Liversage Court Care Home on Tuesday 19th July. A Service to celebrate his long life, and his career with Derby County F.C., will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Tuesday 9th August 11am in the Main Chapel, followed by reception at Mickleover F.C. Clubhouse. All welcome to attend. Please feel free to wear what you feel appropriate; Derby County colours or shirts welcome, or more formal wear if you wish. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society c/o www.wathalls.co.uk
