Nan,
today would have been your birthday, instead of bringing you presents I’m sat here writing this. The last 6 months you’ve been through so much, and every time you fought so hard. This time it wasn’t to be. You’re free from your suffering now, back in the arms of your family in heaven. Thank you for all the memories, the little giggles and showing me how to be strong.
