DavidPERRYPassed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on 28th November, aged 78 years.
Beloved husband to Anne. Dad to Chris, Suzanne and Frances, grandad to Avery and Teddy.
Dave will be received into Our Lady of Lourdes church, Mickleover, on Monday 13th January 6.00pm, his Requiem Mass will be held at 11.00am Tuesday 14th January, followed by committal at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent.
Family flowers only please, donations in memory will benefit CAFOD and may be made online or given at the service.
