Adele MargaretPOLANDSuddenly but peacefully passed away on Friday 17th May at Morriston Hospital.

Adele of Birchgrove, formerly of Llansamlet, adored mother to Callum, beloved daughter to Arwyn and the late Myra, much loved sister to Adrian and sister-in-law Deborah, dear aunt to Lee and Jack, loving niece to Wyn and Pam, and cousins Clare and Sara.

Adele will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Monday 10th June at 2:00pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if so desired in memory of Adele can be made to:
