It is with great sadness we announce the sudden death of Chris.
Much loved son of Jacquie and Andrew, dearly loved Dad of Olivia, Thomas and Preston.
Dear brother of Simon and a loving partner of Rachel.


Will friends please meet for the service at Hollinwood Crematorium, Oldham on Wednesday 21st May at 11.30am. Family flowers only please but donations would be appreciated for The British Heart Foundation for which a plate will be available after the service.
