DennisREADDennis died quietly at home, his family with him, in the early hours of Saturday 1st February 2025.

He was a cherished husband of Ingrid, father of John and Mary and grandfather of Rowan, Ava and Will.

The funeral will take place at St. Margarets Church, Laceby, on Monday 3rd March, 2025 at 2pm.

Donations in memory of Dennis can be sent to
St Andrew's Hospice (at the link below) in gratitude of the care he was given as his life came to a close.

Dennis had a very close relationship with Stanford School. He cared deeply for the school, its foundation, the people who worked there, the pupils and parents. I was fortunate to work alongside him, as Head Teacher at the school, when he was a Trustee and the Chair of Governors. He had a ready smile, a sense of humour and a strong work ethic. Thank you, Dennis.
