ChristopherRICHARDSChris Peacefully passed away on 21st March 2023, aged 57 years. He will be forever missed by all his family, many friends, and the Lichfield Community. Chris’ funeral service will be held at Lichfield Cathedral on Friday 21st April 2023 at 11am, followed by a private service of committal. The funeral cortege will be travelling through Lichfield City Centre via Tamworth Street at approximately 10.15am. We will pause outside some of Chris’ favourite places, such as McDonald’s where he would have his morning hot chocolate, Tasty Café, Market Square, the corner of Dam Street where Chris regularly had his lunch at Minster Coffee Shop, The George IV Pub and then onto Wade Street and Frog Lane to pause by the Garrick Theatre. The cortege will then travel down Bird Street to pause outside of City Corner Café and The Kings Head. Chris was a big Aston Villa fan, and it would be appreciated if you were able to wear something in Villa colours. Family Flowers only. Donations if desired may be made payable to; Friends 2 Friends and/or Penguins Swimming Club For The Disabled.
