Cynhelir gwasanaeth angladdol yn Amlosgfa Bae Colwyn ar Dydd Gwener 27ain o Fedi 2024 am 12:30yp.

Derbynnir rhoddion i 'Dementia UK' a 'Cancer Research UK' a ellir eu gadael yn y plât offrwm neu eu hanfon trwy law yr Ymgymerwr Dewi Glyn Jones, 97 Ffordd Llandudno, Bae Penrhyn, LL30 3HN. Ffon 01492 544797.

Sadly passed away at Glan Clwyd Hospital on the 3rd September 2024 aged 91 years.

Adored husband to Eileen, loving father to Sioned and Sera, father-in-law to Jeffrey, proud Taid to Harri and Jac, cherished brother to the late Cassie, Huw and William and friend to so many.

The funeral service will be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium Friday 27th September 2024 at 12:30pm.
