John DavidSEWELL(Knaresborough, formerly of Wideopen) It is with great sadness that the family of David Sewell shares the news of his death on 29th May 2024 at Saint Michael's Hospice, after 63 wonderful years of life.

David was a much loved husband of Kathryn and a devoted father to Rebecca and Hannah. David will be sorely missed by his father Geoff, late mother Joan and brothers Peter and Richard, their families and his many friends.

The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 19th June 2024 at Our Lady Immaculate and St Robert's Church, Harrogate at 12 noon.

No flowers please but donations in memory of David may be made to benefit Saint Michaels Hospice, Harrogate and Prostate Cancer UK.

Truly a gentle giant, big Geordie Dave. You could always tell he was around by his big contagious laugh. We spent many an enjoyable night on the IFC , discussing the finer points of meteorology over a few light ales.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
