TrevorSLACKPassed away on 13th December 2019 aged 78 years. Husband to Vera, Father to daughters Stephanie, Angie and Betty. Grandfather to Gareth, James, Hannah and Jensen. The funeral service and cremation will take place at Bramcote Crematorium, Reflection Chapel on Thursday 23rd January at 11:15am. Family flowers only please.
