PeterSNOWBALLOn June 24th 2026, suddenly at Leeds General Infirmary, Peter aged 69 years of Longwood.

Beloved husband of Sue, much loved dad of Daniel and Matthew, dear father-in-law of Crystal and Kathy, proud and loving grandad of Mia, dearly loved brother of John and Gary and brother-in-law of Geraldine, Margaret and Robert. Peter will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Service and Committal at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday July 13th at 12:30 PM. Will friends please accept this the only intimation. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to British Heart Foundation and Breast Cancer UK for which a plate will be provided at the Service.

Remembering you Uncle on this day.

With rare travel from England, time spent with uncle Peter was always something to look fwd to. Someone who was always fun to be around, sharing stories, have a drink and of course the everlasting Wizard.

I wish you goodwill on your eternal journey Uncle Peter , you will be dearly missed

Today I’m remembering my uncle with gratitude and love.

Although we didn’t get to see each other often as we lived on opposite sides of the world, every visit reminded me of the kind person he was. He always welcomed me with warmth and I’ll always be thankful for the kindness and generosity he showed me.

Rest in peace, Uncle. You’ll be remembered with affection. My thoughts are with everyone who loved you. ❤️ Tori

I first knew Pete from Carr Green Lane tech where we were apprentice chippies. I moved to Jersey later on and Pete, Sue and the boys used to come over on holiday and stay with John Nasey another apprentice mate (good days). Rest In Peace mate. Love Steve and Chris Carter xx
