MalcolmSPENDIFFPeacefully on Friday 3rd April 2026 with his loving family by his side, aged 69 years.

Malcolm, beloved husband of Gillian, loving dad of Colin and Dawn. Devoted grandad of Chloe and Leland. Dear brother of Hazel and Pam.

Retired firefighter.

Funeral service to be held at Tynemouth Crematorium on Tuesday 28th April at 3.00pm.

Afterwards all welcome back to The Spread Eagle, North Shields.

Family flowers only. Donations if so desired to The Stroke Association.

Malcolm, you were more like my brother than my cousin, you were my shoulder to cry on, you picked me up when I was down and I miss you so much. My only regret is that I never got to hold your hand and kiss you good night. Shine bright, keep watching over your family and never forget that I love you. 💔
