Died peacefully at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. Love forever Rhiannon, Emily, Ben, Martin, Mark, Carla, Imogen, Thomas, Maria, Holly & David. A celebration of her life will be held on the 19th February, 2.30pm at Kent and Sussex Crematorium. Then onwards for more memories to The Star, Matfield. Wear what makes you happy. Flowers welcome.
