Nan I will forever cherish the amazing memories we had, it hasn’t been an easy week for us as your such a massive part of the family. You always had my back just as much as mum does. You would always listen to my problems tell me how much of idiot I am but you would always talk me through it and give me the best advice. I love and miss you so much and would do anything to have that last chat again with you. Nan your inspiration and an absolute fighter. I’m so proud to call you my Nan and I can’t wait to tell my kids about how amazing there Nanny Sweets was.

Goodbyes ain’t always forever.
Until we meet again
Love from Cameron❤️❤️
