Hazel AnneTINSLEYPassed away on 21st September 2024, aged 81 years.

Much loved Mum to David, adored Grandma to Lia, Chloe and Abby, treasured Sister to Sheila, Joyce, Margaret (Dec.) and Patricia (Dec.). Aunt, Cousin and Friend to many. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral service to take place on Friday 1st November at 12:15pm in Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium.

At Hazel's request, please try not to wear black. Hazel was a colourful lady and she has requested that this is reflected at her service.

Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Hazel for Macmillan Cancer Support may be placed in the collection box at the service, or made online via Funeral Notices at www.ajlloyd.co.uk

Hazel was a vibrant happy person and I feel fortunate that I knew her for over half of my life and will be irreplaceable
However she is now without pain and hopefully will be able to do her 10,000 steps a day in heaven
