William MichaelWALLERPassed away peacefully 22nd August aged 72 years after a brave battle with prostate cancer. Adored Dad to Sophie & Phoebe, a Brother, Uncle, Father-in-law and friend to so many. Mike was a retired music teacher and an outstanding musician, most recently the resident piano player at the Spanish City Dome, he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Please meet for a service at Tynemouth Crematorium on Monday 21st September at 11:15am.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu on the day to go to Prostate Cancer UK & Marie Curie.

A wonderful friend, musician and a really lovely man who would do anything for anybody. He is his own tribute. Sadly missed Mike, you have been part of life for a long time. Your artwork hangs in my hall. Memories of your kindness live in my heart. You were not just a talented musician, you were a talented human. Rest in peace my gentle friend. X

I've known Mike since schooldays. A great talented guy, always so generous with his time.

Mike was my music teacher whilst at Norham High School. He helped to shape my life as a young musician and I'll never forget his kindness and enthusiasm not only to myself but all of the pupils who were lucky enough to have him in their lives. Many of my best memories are from those days I'll treasure them. Thank you, Sir.
