I was lucky enough to be referred to Helen when I was looking for an expert to help with an appeal on behalf of a man called Kevin Callan . Her insight , experience and expertise undoubtedly lead to an innocent man being cleared . We worked closely on many cases from that time until she was forced to retire from active forensic work . She was incredibly professional, bright and brave and like a dog with a bone if she felt a miscarriage of justice had occurred. Professionally I know that I and my clients owe her a great deal and I believe she made a huge contribution to the Criminal Justice system. On a personal level she was great company and I was privileged to share the occasional bottle of Sauvignon Blanc with her. Cheers and yammas Helen!
