David JonathanWICKSPassed away surrounded by his family on 27th July 2024 at Douglas Macmillan Hospice. Dave, aged 70 years, of Werrington. Beloved Dad to Pippa & Kerry, cherished Grandad to Josh & Evie, much-loved Father-in-Law to Veg & Guy and a wonderful friend to many. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The funeral service is to be held at The Old Chapel Etruria on Tuesday 3rd September 2024 at 1:30pm. Friends and family are asked to meet at The Old Chapel. Casual dress is preferred, especially football shirts, band/slogan shirts or Ipswich Town Football Club colours.

Family flowers only by request; any donations made in lieu will be gratefully received by the Douglas Macmillan Hospice in memory of Dave.

Dave! What a man! Of course we met through Buck and Hickman, we (Burton) took you guys in for a few weeks and then you (Stoke) repaid the favour when we burnt down! Everyday you had a smile, joke and a witty put down to tell - not forgetting your remix cd of anything fire related!!! Every time I hear Bruce Springsteen and dancing in the dark - I will always think of you!
