Keith, devoted husband of Heather, loving Dad of Nicola and Gavin, respected father-in-law of Dylan and Orrianne, proud Grampa of Joanne, Cai, Jac, Willow and Freddie and a dear brother of Gary and Jane.
Funeral strictly private.
Donations will be gratefully received towards Glangwili Hospital Chemotherapy unit.
