Dearly loved husband to Kath, loved father, father in law, brother, uncle and a truly amazing grandad.
A service to remember Dave will be held on Tuesday the 26th of November at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel), Markeaton Ln, Derby DE22 4NH at 11am.
Family flowers only please but if desired a donation in Dave's memory can be made to the British Heart Foundation online (www.bhf.org.uk) or via the donation box provided on the day of the service.
