Having just learned of the sad news I would just like to add that Peter and I served in the RAF together both in the UK and on active service with the Middle East Air Force and kept in touch for some time after our three year term of duty ended. I have fond memories of him and his parents whom I subsequently met and stayed with. He is not forgotten.

I was so sorry to hear of Peter’s death. I worked with him for many years in the Internal Audit Department, British Steel, Scunthorpe. He was a true gentleman! RIP Peter.
