Having just learned of the sad news I would like to say that I have treasured memories of Peter as we served in the RAF together both in the UK and on active service with the Middle East Air Force. After our service of three years we kept in touch and I have pleasant memories of staying with him at his parents house in Scunthorpe. He is not forgotten.
