Jacob JosephABRAHAMPassed away surrounded by his loving family aged 57 years.

Adored son of Marie and Jake (deceased). Much loved dad, granddad and brother.

Cherished by all his family and friends.

Gone too soon.

Jake will be forever loved and missed dearly.

Funeral service to be held on Friday 13th October 2023 at St Anne's Church (Overbury Street) at 1.00pm followed by Interment at Allerton Cemetery at 2.30pm.

Jake will be resting at home from Monday 9th October 2023.

Family flowers only please.
