Michael CharlesACKROYDPassed away peacefully at Queen's Hospital on 21st June 2024, aged 72 years.

Loving husband of Patricia. Mike will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

The family wish to welcome everyone to join them at the funeral to celebrate Michael's life.

Funeral Monday 29th July, service 11.30am at Lichfield & District Crematorium, Fradley WS13 8GA.

Family flowers only please, donations in memory made payable to 'Cancer Research UK' (Burton Branch) & 'YMCA Burton' may be given at the service. Please wear black with a splash of colour at the family's request.

Mike was a wonderful colleague at Flygt Pumps for many years. We worked closely together particularly in respect of our work with Severn Trent Water. Mike set the template for key account management which many went on to follow. He provided excellent support and advice to his customers and was held in enormous respect. I am so sad to hear of his passing but will carry fond memories for the rest of my time.

Sorry so to here this sad news . A wise and funny man who was the only person who would order extra chips, just because he could. So glad I had the chance to sit next to him at his last 41 Club dinner and share a glass of port. Will miss you mate.x
