AnthonyADAMS('Addy') (September 1st, 2022) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Anthony 'Addy', who passed away peacefully in the care of Leighton Hospital aged 79 years. Loving Husband to Anne. Devoted Dad to John and Hazel, much loved Grandad to Angie, Stiggy, Dean, Amy, Abbie and Ryan, Great Grandad to Abi, Lexi, Ivy (Layla), Sofia, Archie, Ella, Harlow and Dalton, Brother, Uncle and a great friend to many, Addy will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Thursday 15th September 2022 at 10.45am. Donations in memory of Addy will be gratefully received for The British Heart Foundation and Gastroenterology Department at Leighton Hospital.
