JeffADAMSJeff passed away suddenly on November 16th 2022 aged just 65. Jeff was a devoted Husband to Carol, much loved Dad to Paul & Joanne and the best Grandad to Keira, Poppy and Jude. Jeff was a special man with a big heart who always had a smile on his face.
