IvyADCOCKPassed away peacefully at Uplands Road Nursing Home aged 92 years. Wife of the late Albert, Mother of Brian, Jennifer and the late Marlene and Yvonne. Much loved Nan, Great Nan and Great Great Nan. She will be greatly missed by all family and friends. Service and Cremation at Perry Barr, Walsall Road on Thursday 17th September, 2015 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, for Uplands Nursing Home c/o the family.
