PatriciaADDISONPassed away peacefully in hospital after a short illness on June 28th, Pat aged 88 years. A much loved and devoted wife to James (Paddy), loving Mum to Christine, Jacklyn, James, Julie and the late Robert and mother in Law to Mark, also a treasured Nana, Great nana, beloved sister and sister in law. Service to take place at St Patrick's RC Church, Fairfield on Wednesday 7th July at 10.15am prior to cremation at Stockton Crematorium, Maplewood Chapel. Friends please meet at church, family flowers only, any donations in lieu if desired to Cancer Research UK, a collection plate will be available in church. Pat will be truly missed and forever in our hearts.
