Dearest husband of Sharon, loving father to Helen and Tom and stepfather to Sofia, Adelaide and Sid, grandad to Eva and Nell. In gratitude to you for being the head of this family and thank you for being so brave and living your life your way, right to the end. We will miss you dreadfully, our dear 'Captain Adders'.
