We want to honor Ellie, who left us too soon. Her smile could light up any room, and even in her moments of anger, I couldn’t help but love her. She was always there to support others, even while fighting her own battles. Her courage was incredible - she never gave up, we will miss her more than words can say.
People often say she’s at peace now and free from pain, and while that brings some comfort, I know we say it to help us cope with her loss. The truth is, we ’ll miss hearing her laughter and seeing the sparkle in her eyes. Ellie was a bright light in our lives, and her memory will stay with us forever. Rest in peace, dear cousin. You will always be loved and remembered.

One of two, only two beings in the universe who have sold their honey as “guaranteed free from p**es”. I always adored her wit and irreverence. I’d say ‘see you in hell’ Ellie but we’ve already been there, love always, Kevin ❤️

Ellie took my foodie group, Potluck Cornwall out for a Cheese cruise, 2018. It's still talked about

I met Ellie at a business support event soon after I moved to Cornwall. We kept in touch and would occasionally meet for a meal where we would linger as long as possible after eating, always laughing our heads off. I wish we’d squeezed one more in, her company was one of life’s great pleasures. I regret I’m not able to attend her funeral to pay tribute to her amongst like minded folks.
