VenusALAE-CAREWOn the 25th of January 2023 peacefully at home surrounded by her family, Venus Alae-Carew of Minden Crescent Dumfries. A beloved wife of Ken, dearly loved mother and mother in-law of Carmelia and Aaron, Naysun and Charlotte and Justin and Shoko, sister of Arash and Roushanak, and a much loved Mimi to her grandchildren Kira, Cece, Maya, Ayro and Toren. Devoted member of the Baha'i Scottish community, and actively involved in numerous local groups. Celebration of life at the Crichton Memorial Church Dumfries, on Thursday 9th February at 11am, burial thereafter to Tinwald Cemetery. All who met her warmly invited to attend. Donations to charity in lieu of flowers, if desired, can be given in memory of Venus www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/rememberingvenus "So powerful is the light of unity that it can illuminate the whole earth"
