TerryALLENMaureen, Stephen, Mark and family would like to express sincere thanks to all the family, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their kind messages of sympathy, cards and for the generous donations in Terry's memory for the N.M.C.C.U which amounts to £840 at present. Special thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses at the N.M.C.C.U, and to the District Nurses for their outstanding care and kindness. Thank you to the Reverend Canon Donald MacDonald for conducting a lovely service and fitting tribute to Terry. A big thank you to all who attended the service "What a Turnout". Finally thanks to Lynn and Tracey at The Midlands Co-operative Funeral Services, Allenton for their help at this sad time and to the Coopers Arms at Weston-on-Trent for their excellent food and for looking after us so well.
