JeffreyALLENAt rest on 19th November 2018 at Royal Stoke University Hospital, Jeff aged 59 years of Trentham loving husband of Elaine, dear dad of Zac, much loved son of Sheila and Barry ,dearly loved brother of Janet and Jonathan . Jeff will be sadly missed by his loving family and dear friends . Funeral to take place on Thursday 6th December, Service and Cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 1pm. Anyone who wishes to attend the service kindly meet at the Crematorium. Family Flowers Only please donations if desired to Cancer Research UK. (A collection box will be placed at the back of the Crematorium ) Funeral arrangements entrusted in the caring hands of Forrester Brothers Tel 01782 313874

To my big Brother!!
