My late mum would often recall the days when I was a 6 yr old watching the Mighty Potters at the Victoria ground. Tony was always the player I talked about. Little did I know that later, as a 16 year old, I would be playing alongside Tony in the Blythe Cricket 1st XI team. As a young player surrounded by older more experienced players, it was Tony who made me feel most at ease with his lighthearted humour and encouragement. This memory has always stayed with me. Huge respect for you Tony. May you rest in peace. Trevor Beech

So proud Tony, to share an amazing Grandson, George with you.
We have laughed, shared your banter, sark & dry wit, with love & laughter.
School sports days,(& Cream Cakes)junior Football Matches, & watched the Grandkids grow, into fine young men.
We raise a glass Tony, as we celebrate your full life, & all you have achieved, we celebrate our family ties, that will always be remembered with fondness.
See you later,
Love,
Chez & Mick. xxxx
